Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By creating an account or using Radzi, you agree to these Terms of Service. Radzi is intended for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Your Account

When you create a Radzi account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain only one account per person
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account

Radzi does not currently offer any in-app purchases or subscriptions, so these Terms don't cover payment terms. We'll update this section if that changes.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Radzi to:

  • Harass, threaten, or engage in hate speech towards other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Send spam or unsolicited promotional content
  • Post illegal content or engage in illegal activity
  • Share another person's private information without their consent
  • Falsify activity data — for example, using GPS spoofing or other means to fabricate trips, distances, or leaderboard rankings

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our discretion.

User Content License

When you post content on Radzi — including club posts, comments, photos, and feedback submissions — you retain ownership of it, but you grant Radzi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the app so it can be shown to other users and, in the case of infrastructure feedback, shared with local authorities. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you post.

Fitness & Health Disclaimer

Radzi is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program. Activity statistics are estimates based on GPS and motion sensor data and should not be relied on for medical or safety-critical decisions. Always stay aware of your surroundings and follow local road rules — don't let the app distract you while cycling or walking.

Accuracy Disclaimer

GPS and motion-based activity detection can be imprecise. Trip statistics, badges, trophies, and leaderboard rankings are estimates, not guarantees of accuracy.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page for how. Radzi may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy above.

Intellectual Property

The Radzi name, logo, and app design are the property of Radzi and may not be used without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Radzi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radzi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Radzi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
